The theme Healthy Wetlands, Healthy People is a central topic at the intergovernmental Ramsar Convention on Wetlands COP 10 (Oct. 28 - Nov. 4) at Changwon, Korea. The publication Healthy Wetlands, Healthy People made by Wetlands International is downloadable right now.
Wetlands International is present at this wetland Convention wiith a delegation from almost all the offices. Two side events will be organised to illustrate the importance of the subjects Wetlands International is advocating. In one about peatlands, we will participate.
In addition, a book highlighting the importance of the Yellow Sea for waterbirds and threats to this area is presented.
