Description:

This publication includes a report of the International Waterbird Census in the African-Eurasian region for 2011 and a summary of all January waterbird data provided to Wetlands for 2009-2011. Please note that it has not yet been possible to prepare the supplementary goose counts undertaken at feeding and roosting sites in the autumn and in January in many countries.
